Comprehensive Trademark Search
Once you submit our questionnaire about your trademark, we'll conduct a comprehensive federal database search.

Consultation with attorney Erika Kullberg
Within one week of submitting your questionnaire, we'll send you your search results. You can then schedule a time to talk to Erika about your results and any questions you have. If your initial search results in an issue, we will provide a complimentary second search.
03
Trademark application filed
We'll prepare your application and handle filing it on your behalf to the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Erika will serve as your attorney of record.
